What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?
Negative feelings occurs if any individual is unsuccessful continuously in their life. When any person did not achieve their goal then negative feelings occurred in that person. Unemployment, breakups, divorce, financial crisis, cheat by partner, and many more conditions are responsible for negative feelings or thoughts that may result in depression. Negative feelings can be fueled by negative thoughts. If you avoid or reduce negative thoughts then you will reduce negative feelings automatically

When I did not get a job for many years then I also feel negative sad, and depressed. In this difficult situations, close relatives and friends also avoided me so I felt sadness depressed and negative feelings. To cope with negative feelings.or thoughts I wrote and share our feelings with our blogger friends that is beneficial in lowering depression.
When I feel loneliness then I will watch detective, thriller, and horror serials and movies for entertainment to reduce our negative feelings and stress. To reduce negative feelings, I also listen to songs for relax and feel better for sometime.
When I feel depressed then I will talk or spend time with our parent to reduce negative feelings and stress. If I feel loneliness then I will write blog in our website to lower negative feelings and tension.

I like to sing/yell along to music in my car. Probably look insane to others but usually this happens at night time when you can’t really see someone in their car. It helps me physically blow off some steam. When I’m feeling quieter, I’ll draw or journal my feelings out. Harder to find privacy to do those though so I end up doing the car thing haha. These have helped me the most. I used to turn to alchohol but thankfully that’s not my solution to things anymore.
