How do significant life events or the passage of time influence your perspective on life?
There are significant life events in each person that changes or influence their perspective on their life.

When I had good time or good job in the top company then everyone including family members and friends talk to me, invite in gathering parties, and many more. At that time, I think that my family members and friends are very good and will definitely help me whenever I face any problem in the future.
But when I left my job due to recession or I suffered with several issues including financial or job issues then my friends and family members cheated by avoiding or not helping me. They did not receive a call or not talk to me when I had bad times. I trusted my friends and family members but they cheated me when I am jobless. During the emergency conditions, they did not invite me in any occasion and avoid me. When I am jobless then my fiance also cheated me by breaking the engagement and marrying with another rich male individual.

After this painful experience, I realized that all relationships are fake that are based on money. These relationships including brothers, sisters, cousins, and many more are fake that are based on money and good status not for pure love. Now, I did not trust anyone, live self dependent, and tackle problems alone.
This painful experience changes my life. From this painful experience, I came to know that when any person are suffering with any serious issues or problems then no one help that person including family members and friends. After this painful experience, I do not trust anyone either family members and friends. This painful experience also teaches me that never expectations from anyone including close friends, family members and life partner.
That breaks my heart. I have been blessed with a superhighway family and friends. But in my darkest hours there was only one friend I could cry out to all the time. This friend sent my other friends and family to me. Jesus never fails us. He will be with us in our most desperate need. He can save us and protect us and help us in trouble. All we have to do is call out to Him. He wants to save you and spend eternity with you. Call out to Him. He’s waiting for you.

It is sad that your experience has left you without trust for others. I understand. I have gone through bad times. Some people stayed in my life though or, at least, they are back in my life now. I hope that your wounds heal.

Remember, while it’s important to be cautious, not everyone may share the same motivations as those who have disappointed you. There are still genuine and compassionate people in the world who value love and integrity above material wealth. It may take time and patience to find them, but they do exist.

Keep reaching out, and don’t hesitate to seek help when you need it. You’re stronger than you think, and every challenge you overcome only makes you stronger. Keep pushing forward, and brighter days will come your way.

Shame you had to experience this. My view is that these people were not your ‘friends.’ Not all people are like this and they were obviously not right for you. Better off shot of them I say – there’s plenty good people out there who are caring and supportive. 🙂

Sorry to learn about your experience. These difficult times must have taught you many things. Don’t be harsh on them, if you would have been on the other side you would have also done the same. It’s a human tendency. We indulge more with like kind of people and avoid meeting people who are struggling. Learn from this experience and go ahead in Life…

I’m truly moved by your openness in sharing such a personal and challenging journey. It’s a powerful reminder of how the trials we face can profoundly shape our views and our approach to relationships. Your resilience in the face of betrayal and loss is commendable, and it’s inspiring to see you embrace independence and self-reliance as a path forward. It’s a tough lesson to learn that not all relationships withstand the test of adversity, but it’s valuable to recognize the strength within yourself to overcome and grow from these experiences.
If you don’t mind me asking, have you found any positive aspects or unexpected strengths in yourself that you discovered through navigating these challenges?

Yes, I faced several problems alone without any help of family members and close friends. So, each individual should tackle their challenges alone without any help

Thank you for sharing. At times I felt the same, but it was God who changes my heart to forgive and live to the fullest every single day with a grateful heart.

I have a saying I came up with after going through something similar in my younger days. “Expectation leads to disappointment, expect nothing from others, expect everything of self.”
You won’t be disappointed if you never expected anything. Focusing on personal accountability and growth while letting go of expectations from others can lead to a more fulfilling and resilient mindset. Keep striving for excellence within yourself!

Wow that really sucks bro, I guess you find out who your true friends are when everything gets all messed up, I’m going to pray for you, that you make it out just perfectly fine and hopefully you learned a great lesson from your past. I know you will get back up one day

Now, it is very difficult to find the true friends and family members because most people are selfish and their love is based on the money and status

One of the most interesting realizations I’ve had is that I cannot expect ME from others. I have given my all to people who wouldn’t even give me a second thought. As painful as it is we are better without them and our “tribe” is out there waiting for us. Let God lead the way. 🩷

I have learned to rely on myself over the past years, but sometimes, I really want emotional support from the people I consider as significant for me. It feels like thinking someone is there beside you, but when you look to your left and right, there is no one there. Realization hits hard; I am all alone. I just look up and try to forget my emotions. Maybe that’s how men live their lives… maybe, this is a universal feeling.
