Croatia beat Brazil (4-2) in the Penalty Shootout in the FIFA World Cup 2022

In the thrilling first quarter-final match, Croatia defeated Brazil (4-2) in the Penalty Shootout in the ongoing FIFA World Cup 2022. After winning this match, Croatia reached the semi-final in the FIFA World Cup 2022.

Both team Brazil nor Croatia did not score a goal in the first half and second half of the match. During the first half extra time, Neymar scored the goal in the 106th minute for Brazil which leads (1-0) over Croatia. But Bruno Petkovic scored the first goal in the 117th minute for Croatia to equalize (1-1) with Brazil in the second half of the extra time. After the end of extra time, Croatia vs Brazil (1-1).

During the penalty shootout, Croatia scored four goals in the four attempts but Brazil scored only two goals in the four attempts. At the end of the match, Croatia won the match (4-2) with Brazil in the penalty shootout and entered the semi-final of the FIFA World Cup 2022.
