India tied the third T20 match with New Zealand (DLS Method)

In the third T20 match, the match was tied between India and New Zealand (DLS method) due to rain. After the match was tied, India won the series by (1-0) in the three T20 match against New Zealand. The first T20 matches between India and New Zealand abounded due to heavy rain.

Earlier, New Zealand won the toss and chose to bat first and made a good score of 160 runs in 19.4 overs due to good batting by Devon Conway 59 (49), Glenn Philips 54 (33), and Mark Chapman 12 (12). Mohammad Siraj 4/17 (4), Arshdeep Singh 4/37 (4), and Harshal Patel 1/28 (3.4) were good bowling from the Indian side. After this inning, New Zealand set a target of 161 runs in 20 overs for India to win this match. But due to rain, the winning target of India goes down to 76 runs in 9 overs to win this match.

During chasing, India loses early 4 wickets and made 75 runs in 9 overs and tied the match with New Zealand due to good bowling by Tim Southee 2/27 (3), Ish Sodhi 1/12 (2), and Adam Milne 1/23 (2). Hardik Pandya 30* (18), Suryakumar Yadav 13 (10), and Rishabh Pant 11 (5) were good batting from the Indian side.

Mohammad Siraj (IND), 4/17 (4), was declared as the Player of the Match due to his great performance in bowling.

Suryakumar Yadav (IND), was declared as the Player of the Series due to his great performance in batting in the whole series.
