It’s a very proud moment for our country that Indian wrestler, Pooja Gehlot won a bronze medal in wrestling at the commonwealth games 2022 in Birmingham. She won the bronze medal in the women’s 50 kg freestyle category at the ongoing commonwealth games 2022.

Pooja Gehlot won the bronze medal by winning the match with Christine Lemofack Letchidjio of Scotland 12-2 on technical superiority in only 3 minutes and 49 seconds at the commonwealth games 2022.  Earlier, she won the silver medal in the women’s 53kg freestyle category at the World U23 Championships 2019 in Budapest.
