After winning this match, PBKS has reached the fourth position in the IPL 2022 points table. CSK has lost three consecutive matches in the IPL 2022 after losing this match with PBKS

Earlier CSK won the toss and chose to bowl first thus PBKS first batted and made a huge score of 180/8 (20) due to great batted by Liam Livingstone 60 (32), Shikhar Dhawan 33 (24), and Jitesh Sharma 26 (17). Chris Jordan 2/23 (4), Dwaine Pretorius 2/30 (4), and Dwayne Bravo 1/32 (3) were good bowling from the CSK side. After this inning, PBKS set a huge target of 181 runs in 20 overs for CSK to win the eleventh match of IPL 2022.

During chasing, CSK was all out at 126/10 in the 18^th over and loses this match by 54 runs with PBKS due to great bowled by Rahul Chahar 3/25 (4), Vaibhav Arora 2/21 (4), and Liam Livingstone 2/25 (3).  Both Shivam Dube 57 (30), and MS Dhoni 23 (28) were good batting from the CSK side.

Liam Livingstone (PBKS), 60 (32), 2/25 (3), was declared as the Player of the Match due to his great performance in batting and bowling.
