In the 34^th match of the IPL 2021, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) won the match by 7 wickets with Mumbai Indians (MI) due to great performance in batting and bowling.

Earlier KKR won the toss and chose to bowl first so MI first batted and scored 155/6 in 20 overs. Quinton de Kock 55 (42), Rohit Sharma 33 (30), and Kieron Pollard 21 (15) good batted from the MI side. Lockie Ferguson 2/27 (4), Prasidh Krishna 2/43 (4), and Sunil Narine 1/20 (4) well bowled from the KKR side. MI set the target of 156 in 20 overs for KKR to win the match.

During chasing, KKR lose three wickets, achieved the target in only 15.1 overs and won this match by 7 wickets due to great batted by Rahul Tripathi 74 (42) not out, and Venkatesh Iyer 53 (30). Only Jasprit Bumrah 3/43 (4) well bowled from the MI side. After winning this match, KKR placed at 4^th position in the IPL 2021 points table with 8 points.
