Vitamin B7 or Biotin Deficiency – Biotinidase deficiency (BTD) is one of the most common causes of vitamin B7 or biotin deficiency and is a rare inherited disorder where the body is unable to use biotin that may cause vitamin B7 or biotin deficiency. BTD is caused by a mutation in the BTD gene. The deficiency of vitamin B7 is rare in human beings due to it is widely available in several foods.

Symptoms of Vitamin B7 Deficiency – There are some of the symptoms of vitamin B7 deficiency are as given below β
- Depression
- Hair loss
- Seizures
- Impaired immune function
- Enhance risk of fungal and bacterial infection
- Lethargy
- Red rashes around the nose, genitals, eyes, and mouth
- Hallucinations

Sources of Vitamin B7 β There are various sources of Vitamin B7 or Biotin are fish, nuts, seeds, egg yolk, vegetables, bananas, organ meats, cauliflower, whole grains, mushrooms, soybeans, and many more.
