RIP Rajiv Kapoor

Rajiv Kapoor, Bollywood actor has died at an age of 58 due to a heart attack on February 9, 2021. Earlier his brother, Rishi Kapoor has died on April 30, 2020.

Introduction – Rajiv Kapoor was an Indian producer, director, and actor. He was also a member of the Kapoor family. Randhir Kapoor and late Rishi Kapoor were also actors and both elder brothers of Rajeev Kapoor. He was born on August 25, 1962 and Raj Kapoor was his father.

Career – The debut movie of Rajiv Kapoor is ‘’Ek Jaan Hai Hum’’ in the year 1983. In the year 1985, he played the leading role in his father’s movie ‘’Ram Teri Ganga Maili’’. Rajiv Kapoor has worked in several movies such as Aasman (1984), Zabardast (1985), Lover Boy (1985), and Hum To Chale Pardes (1988). The last movie of Rajiv Kapoor is ‘’Zimmedaar’’ in the year 1990. After that, he worked as a director and producer.

 Rajiv Kapoor produced the movie ‘’Henna’’ in the year 1991 and Randhir Kapoor directed this movie. He debuted the directorial movie ‘’Prem Granth’’ that starred his brother late Rishi Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit. He has also produced a movie ‘’Aa Ab Laut Chalen’’ that was directed by his brother, late Rishi Kapoor in the year 1999. He was married to an architect, Aarti Sabharwal in the year 2001 but divorced after two years. Aarti Sabharwal was a working paralegal at a Law company in Vaughan.

Death – He was died at an age of 58 due to a heart attack at home on February 9, 2021, in Mumbai. Previously Kapoor was rushed to visit Inlanks Hospital by this brother, but unfortunately, he was declared dead on arrival.
