Water is more important for humans to sustain life on Earth. Water covers a 70 percent in the human body. In ancient times, storing and drinking water in vessel is made up of copper which have several health benefits. Copper is an important mineral for our body thus if drinking water stored in a copper vessel, gets a definite quality from the copper in our body. Water storing in a copper vessel, kills the microorganisms which is harmful for our body such as fungi, algae, molds and bacteria. It also has antioxidant, anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial which is beneficial for our body.

There are several benefits of drinking water from copper containers is discussed below

  1. Copper is useful in our body for remove and eliminates the fat. If we drinking water daily in copper vessel then it is helpful in lowering the weight which causes several diseases.
  2. Copper also helpful in lowering the risk of cardiovascular diseases. As per research, copper is beneficial to control blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels. Thus drinking water in a copper vessel regularly.
  3. Cooper is also beneficial in preventing cancer due to it has antioxidant, removes free radicals which is the main cause of cancer. So drinking water is a copper vessel lowers the risk of cancer.
  4. For enhancing the brain power, copper is used because it has brain stimulant and anti-convulsive properties. Drinking water is a copper vessel increases the brain power.
  5. The cause of the thyroid diseases is low level of copper in our body. Copper is necessary for the beneficial to prevent thyroid diseases. If we drink water in a copper vessel, it prevents copper deficiency and beneficial for thyroid gland.
  6. Copper is also beneficial to prevent anemia. Anemia is caused due to lack of iron. Thus copper helps in keep the level of iron and control the flow of blood which prevent anemia.
  7. Copper contains inflammatory properties so it prevents aches and pains caused due to inflamed joints which are similarly in the case of arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Drinking water in a copper vessel is also helpful in preventing rheumatoid arthritis.
  8. As per research, daily drinking water in the early morning can enhance your skin health because copper is the important mineral for the creation of melanin a pigment that eases the color of your eyes, hair and skin in our bodies. It also helps in the making of new cells which help replenish the skin becomes glowing.
  9. Copper has anti-oxidant which removes free radicals and benefits in the making of new and healthy skin cells that substitute old dying ones which slows down the ageing.
