ZTE brand Nubia has introduced the Z17 Lite smartphone in China and operates on Android 7.1 Nougat which is based on Nubia UI 5.0 skin. It will be available in Gold, Blue and Black for options at a price of CNY 2,499 (24,700) from September 6. Earlier the company launches the Z17 smartphone in June.
The Z17 Lite smartphone offers a 5.5-inch full-HD with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels TFT which is protected by Gorilla Glass. It has a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 SoC with 6GB of RAM. It is a single SIM-card and made up of metal unibody which supports Chinese 4G network. The device offers 64GB of storage that cannot be expandable and is back up by a 3200mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 fast-changing technology support.
In optics, the smartphone comes with a dual camera set up at the rear of 13-megapixel shooters. One of them is a Sony IMX258 color sensor and the second one is a Sony IMX258 black and white sensor with the features of PDAF hybrid phase focus, an aperture of f/2.2, and NeoVision 7.0 Custom Edition functionality. It has a camera at front of 16-megapixel with an aperture of f/2.0 and 80-degree wide angle 5P lens.
The device also offer DTS sound support for better quality audio playback and a fingerprint scanner which is placed at the back side. The size of the device is 152.8 x 72.55 x 7.95 mm and weighs 169 grams. It has several features such as Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n/c), Bluetooth v4.2 with BLE support, NFC, and USB OTG.
