Chinese company, Gionee will introduce the A1 smartphone in Indian market today at an event in New Delhi. The event will start at night 12pm IST. Earlier the company has launched the A1 and A1 plus smartphones at an event of MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2017 which offers better quality selfie photo and long-battery life.
In an event of MWC 2017, the company declared the price details of A1 and A1 plus smartphone. The price of the A1 smartphone is at EUR 349 (approximately Rs 24,600) and A1 plus smartphone at EUR 499 (approximately Rs 35,200).
The A1 smartphone offers a 5-inch fill-HD with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels display and operates on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. It has a MediaTek Helio P10 SoC. The device offers 64GB storage that can be expandable up to 256GB by using microSD card and is back up by a 4010mAh battery with 18W ultrafast charging which charges the batteries completely in 2 hours. The device comes with a camera at rear of 13-megapixel and a camera at front of 16-megapixel. Its size is 154.5×76.5×8.5mm and weighs 182 grams.
The A1 plus smartphone offers a 6-inch full-HD with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels display and is back up by a 4550mAh battery with 18W ultrafast charging as same as A1 smartphone. It has MediaTek Helio P25 SoC with Ram of 4GB. The device offers 64GB storage which can be expandable up to 256GB by using microSD card and supports 4G connectivity. The smartphone comes with a dual rear camera set up of 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel sensors and camera at front of 20-megapixel. The rear camera has an f/2.0 aperture, 1/3.06-inch sensor, LED flash and IR remote control sensor whereas the front camera has an f/2.0 aperture, ½.8-inch sensor, and LED flash use for selfies. Its size is 166.4×83.3×9.1mm and weighs 226 grams.
The company will launch only A1 smartphone in India in India at night 12pm.
