Milk – It is produced by mammary glands of mannals. The females of all mammals produce milk, but cow’s milk dominates. Other than cows, many kinds of livestock provide milk. These animals are goat, buffalo, donkey, sheep, yak, and horse. But 85 percent of all milk is produced from cow across the world.

Milk contains several important nutrients and balanced diet, which is beneficial for our health.
