Most individuals feel nervous in any condition including interview, board exams, competitive exams, marriage, and many more. Nowadays, the competition increased among students to gain high marks in the board and competitive exams for a better career and life that enhanced nervousness and stress.

At the time of school days, I was nervous at the time of examinations especially in board exams in the 10th and 12th standard. I was also nervous in the competitive examinations because it is a very important for my career.

During graduation or doing B.Tech, I was nervous in the presentation of any project and practical exams with viva before semester exam. I was also nervous in the semester exams in the B.Tech because it enhanced the competitions among students to gain high marks or percentage in every subject to get a better job with a high salary.

I am also nervous in the interview of any big organisation because interview is very tough. When any interview or examination, I was very nervous because tension or stress rapidly increased how to deal with interview and get a good job for a better life.

In brief, I was nervous especially in the board exams, competitive exams, presentation, interview, presentation of any project, viva, group discussion, and many more.
