My Morning Routine

What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

Morning Rituals is an important activity which helps your day with fresh mind and great starting. It is beneficial in lowering stress, increasing confidence, boosting mood, providing energy for whole day, better sleep, good for mental health, and many more. There are several activities in morning such as morning prayer, physical exercise, morning walk, breakfast, read newspaper, bath, and many more to reduce stress and also weight, which is beneficial for your health. Morning breakfast improves mood, and gives energy for the whole day to work in office or studying in school, and many more.

I woke up early morning to pray Fajr prayer (Namaz)  which better feels and comfortable. After some time, I do physical exercise to reduce or maintain weight, which lowers the risk of several severe diseases including high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart issues, and many more. After that, I read newspaper to know about sports and breaking news about latest political activities with a hot tea.

I took bath with fresh water to refresh our mind with better feeling and good mood. I took egg-based dishes such as egg sandwiches, omlette bread, half fry bread as morning breakfast to give energy for the whole day. After breakfast, I started work to do assignments or write blogs for clients to earn money for our family.
