Family Picnic

What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Most individuals may suffer from negative feelings due to several issues in their lives. These negative feelings may be converted into tension or severe depression, which increases the risk of suicides. So individuals try to reduce their depression by participating any event or going to picnic with their family members, and many more.

Earlier, I was also suffer from depression because of not getting a good job as a content writer in the best company with a high salary. So I went to picnic with my family members for fun and enjoyment, which is also beneficial in lowering or relieving depression or stress. I played several sports including cricket, hide and seek, and football and enjoyed every moment or family picnic.

Many family members made dishes for picnic. I enjoyed delicious dishes including poori sabzi, bread omelette, fruits  and paratha with hot tea. This type of family picnic may help to strengthen relationships with family members, which may be beneficial in lowering depression and stress. I also took memorable photos of my family members in the family picnic.

Family picnic is one of the best strategies to cope or reduce my negative feelings or depression for a better life.
