Sehri is an important part of fasting (Roza), which provides energy and strength for the whole day. It also beneficial in preventing weakness during the whole day of fasting (Roza).

Sehri is also the last meal before fasting (Roza) during the sacred month of Ramadan. Muslim individuals take light dishes including bread butter, fruits, and many more before the Fajr Azan.
I also wake up early morning and taje light dishes, such as bread omelette, or fruits, or bread butter, with a hot cup tea before the Fajr Azan. After that, I offer Fajr prayer (namaz) after sehri.
