Fasting (Roza) is mandatory for all Muslims, thus it is very important practice throughout the sacred month of Ramadan. Fasting (Roza) is also good for our health, such as lower weight, maintain blood pressure, reduce cholesterol, control overeating, reduce depression and many more, which is also good for heart and mental health.

The whole month of Ramadan is based on fasting (roza), thus, fasting (roza) is obligatory for all Muslims throughout the sacred month of Ramadan. Muslims avoid eating and drinking, quit bad habits, not use bad words, avoid sex, and many more throughout the fasting (roza) during the sacred month of Ramadan.
I also performed fasting (roza) during the sacred month of Ramadan. I also avoid eating and drinking anything, not use bad words, offer regularly five-time prayer (namaz), charity to poor people, and many more during fasting (roza) throughout the sacred month of Ramadan. I also offer regularly five time prayer (namaz) to seek blessings and rewards from God (Allah).
Ramadan ki 29th Roza Mubarak
Respect to you and everyone observing Ramadan.
This is part of my family roots as well, and I honor the discipline and faith behind it.
Wishing peace and strength to all who are fasting.
