Sehri is a very important practice during fasting (roza) in the sacred month of Ramzan. It is the first meal taken by a person in the early morning before Fajr prayer (namaz).

Most individuals take light dish in the sehri time, including bread butter, or toast, or bread omelette with a hot tea. Sehri gives energy and prevent weakness during fasting for the whole day.
I also wake up early morning for sehri and take light dishes, including bread omelette, paratha, or bread butter with a hot tea to prevent or avoid weakness during fasting in the whole day. After sehri, I offer Fajr prayer (namaz) in the early morning, which indicates the end of the sehri time.
