Ramadan ka Pehla Roza Mubarak 2026

Fasting (Roza) is the most important practice in the holy month of Ramadan. Ranzan is based on fasting (Roza) to avoid bad habits in the sacred month of Ramadan.

Roza (Fasting) start from the early morning at the Fajr time to the evening at the Magrib time. Muslim individuals must avoid to eat and drink anything between the early morning and the evening time. During fasting, Muslim individuals also avoid smoking, do not use abuse words, no crime, and also avoid any sexual relationships with their female partners during fasting (Roza). Fasting may be beneficial in lowering weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol, which is also good for heart health.

I also observe fast (Roza) and avoid eat and drink anything in the whole day in the holy month of Ramadan. Firstly, I take light dishes in the sehri time before Fajr prayer (namaz) including bread butter or omelette bread with a hot tea. After sehri, I offerred Fajr prayer (namaz) in the early morning. Later, I sleep for several hours and then wake up at 10 am. I am a freelance content writer so I wrote blogs and articles for several hours and send to my clients to earn money.

After that, I offered Zohar and Asra prayer (namaz) at afternoon. Later, I slept for some time and wake up before Magrib time to break the fast. I took iftar to break the fast after the Magrib prayer (namaz). I took several dishes, including pakora, khajoor, sharbat, fruits, and many more in the iftar time to break my fast.
