What are your thoughts on the concept of living a very long life?
In my opinion, regularly do physical exercises and play several sports for good fitness and health is the main concept of living a very long life. If you do regularly physical exercises then it may be beneficial in lowering obesity and lower the risk of several severe diseases including high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart problems, and many more.
If you play several sports including badminton, cricket, hockey, football and many more then it reduces stress and tension and feels happy and excited to lower the risk of several severe diseases. Tension and stress are also main causes of several diseases including heart diseases, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and many more, and is the main concept of living long life.
You should also go for trip with your friends and family members for refreshment and enjoyment, which feels calm ming and happiness and avoids several severe diseases. You can regularly prayer to God, which also feels calm mind and happiness or satisfied, which may be beneficial in avoiding several severe diseases. You can also avoid fried things and should take green vegetables for a long life.
