What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?
Physical exercises or activities may be beneficial in reducing weight which feels calm and refresh mind. It also help in reducing weight and lowers the risk of several severe diseases, which are linked to obesity such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart diseases, and many more. Physical exercises may also help in boosting mood and energy for the whole day.

Physical exercises may also helps in improving the stamina and fitness of the body. It may be beneficial in lowering the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart problems, and many more, which is good for heart health. Physical exercise may be beneficial in lowering anxiety, stress, good depression, which is also good for mental health. It also helps in better sleep which may lowering the several severe diseases.
My favorite physical exercises are jogging, running, and morning walk. I also play several sports including football, cricket and badminton as physical exercises, which may help in improving stamina and fitness of my body. It also reduces the risk of obesity, high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, and many more, which is good for my mental and heart health.
