What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

Playing different sports is also the physical exercise, which may help in reducing weight and lowers the risk of several severe diseases including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart diseases, and many more. Playing several sports is also helps in boosting mood, which may be beneficial in lowering stress and depression and is also good for mental health.

I play different sports including badminton, cricket, and football, which is my favorite form of physical exercise, which helps in lowering or maintaining my weight and reduces the risk of several severe diseases including high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart diseases. I also play several sports with my cousins in any trip for fun and enjoyment.

I also played several sports including badminton, cricket, and football during my childhood days with my childhood and school friends. During childhood days, I enjoyed to play several sports with my cousins and childhood friends in the summer holidays during my childhood days.

Thus, playing different sports including badminton, cricket, and football are my favorite form of physical exercise.
