What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

Cycling is my favorite form of physical exercise during my childhood days and the present time. Mostly, I cycling around 2 km for fitness and health during my childhood days. I enjoyed in cycling, which reduces my stress or depression in studies and boost mood or feel happiness. I went to park through cycling about 2km during my childhood days. I also cycling with my friends for fun and enjoyment during my school days.

In the present time, I have no time for cycling but sometimes I spend time in cycling for fitness and health. Cycling is very beneficial in reducing pollution and is beneficial for our health. Cycling is also one of thr best physical activities, which feels happiness and joy.

Thus, cycling is my favorite form of physical exercise or activity.
