No it’s not! I have Lupus and the vegan diet almost killed me! The body needs animal protein to survive! The collagen everyone is drinking has animal protein in it! Yes vegetables are very important. But don’t be fooled by vegans and vegetarians because their diets are destroyed in the world. It takes five years for any fruit or nut tree to produce anything that is edible. A cow it takes her a year or two years the most to produce an offspring and give milk for the rest of her life.

I’m also vegan, still a junk food vegan. There’s a huge difference regarding health there, but someday I am planning to become a WFPB vegan. I really do look forward to that!

It’s a nice insightful post thank you! However it’s also important to acknowledge that diets are very personal. A vegan diet can be amazing for one person, but detrimental to the other.
