What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

Playing several sports including football, cricket, hockey, tennis, basketball, and many more are also form of physical exercise, which helps in lowering weight and lowers the risks of several severe diseases including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart diseases, and many more. Sports are also beneficial in boosting mood, which helps in reducing stress and depression and is also good for mental health.

I also play several sports including badminton, cricket, and football, which is my favorite form of physical exercise. I play several sports with my friends, which helps in lowering or maintaining weight and reduce the risk of several severe diseases including high cholesterol, diabetes, and high blood pressure so it is good for heart health. It also helps in boosting mood and better sleep, which lowers the risk of stress and depression, and is also good for mental health.

So, playing several sports including badminton, cricket, and football are my favorite form of physical exercise.

    Yes, I was thinking about pe class in school. It was fun to try the different sports oh and playing wii with my family.
