What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
Morning walk is my favorite form of physical exercise. I regularly morning walk, which helps in reducing or maintaining weight, boosting mood, and is good for our heart health. Morning walk also beneficial in good sleep, enhances bone density,a andย strengthen muscles, thus it is beneficial for our health.

I daily go for morning walk and meet several individuals, which also helps in strengthening relationships with your neighbors in our society. Morning walk is also beneficial in improving digestive health, controlling or maintaining blood sugar level, and improving immunity to fight infectious diseases. It also helps improving brain function, provide energy, and better sleep to reduce the risk of several severe diseases.
Thus, morning walk is my favorite form of physical exercise, which is beneficial for mental and heart health.
I also walk every morning!
It makes a huge difference.
