Physical exercise is very beneficial for your health by lowering weight that reduces the risk of several diseases which are linked with obesity including high blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems, and many more. It also helps in better sleep, which is beneficial for your heart health. Physical exercise also strengthen bones, improve brain function, boost mood, and many more thus, it is very beneficial for your health.

Jogging, Running, and Walking are my favorite forms of physical exercise. I do exercise in the morning to lower weight, better sleep, and many more, which lowers the risk of severe diseases including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart attack, heart stroke, and many more.
As they say, “A sound mind in a sound body.”
