What things give you energy?
Regular Exercise in the early morning gives me energy for the whole day. I do daily exercise in the early morning to reduce or maintain my weight and also provides energy for the whole day. Regular exercise alsohelps in lowering stress or depression and is good for mental health.

Daily exercise may helps in good, improves endurance, and gives energy to me for the entire day. I regularly do exercise in the early morning for fitness and health. I do daily exercise to reduce my weight, which is beneficial in lowering blood pressure and cholesterol and is good for heart health. Regular exercise may also helps in improving sleep, better mind, boost energy, and many more.
Thus, regular exercise in the early morning may gives energy to me for the whole day.
