Do you see yourself as a leader?

If any individual want to become a leader then they must have leadership skills to become a leader. Everyone cannot become a leader in any field. Leadership skills are a collection of capabilities, behaviors, speech quality and encourage individuals to achieve their goals with work hard and influence large numbers of people in groups or society.

Several individuals contest elections in their universities to become a leader. Many persons have leadership skills in companies with great skills in technology to become a leader to lead several employees for any project in any company.

I have no leadership skills so I am not see me as a leader.
