What are you doing this evening?
Today, I drank tea with evening breakfast with my parents. I also took fruit chat including apple, banana, grapes, and many more in the evening breakfast with my mother and father. Fruits are very beneficial for our health. Several benefits of fruits such as improve immunity, low weight, good heart health, provide energy, maintain blood pressure, and many more.

Nowadays, the cases of heart attacks in youngersters are rapidly increased thus I took fruits instead of fry food including pakora, samosa, and many more. So I took several fruits in the evening breakfast, which is beneficial for my health.
I also watch live match between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh in the Asia Cup 2025 in the evening time.
