Often to Walk

How often do you walk or run?

I regularly morning walk in the early morning to reduce or control weight, which is beneficial in lowering the risk of several severe diseases including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart diseases, and many more.

When I purchase any product in any market close to my home then I mainly went to market via walk as exercise, which helps in maintaining weight. Sometimes, I walk in the  night after dinner to digest food. Walking is also as physical exercise or activity, which helps in maintaining or reducing weight and lowers the risk of several diseases.

Thus, I may often to walk as compared to run to control or reduce weight that lowers the risk of several severe diseases including high cholesterol,diabetes, high blood pressure,heart diseases, and many more
