How do you relax?
When I feel stressed or depressed, then I offer prayer (namaz), which feels relaxed and calm mind. I also share my difficulties or problems with my blogger friends through blogs on my site and see good reviews from my readers or followers then I feel relaxed and happy mind.

I watch horror and suspense movies. which feels relaxed and calm mind by reducing stress and tension. I like horror and suspense serials during my childhood days. I also see social media websites including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and many more, which feels relaxed and calm mind.
I also chat with my friends through WhatsApp then I feel relaxed and better. When I spend time with my mother and father, then I feels relaxed and calm mind. I call or share my difficulties with my cousins then I feel relaxed and better. I also listen slow music, which feels relaxed and calm mind. When I sleep at night in good or cool weather then I feel very relaxed and calm mind.
