What is a word you feel that too many people use?

In my opinion, several words which I feel large numbers of people use are hello, bye, how r u, lovely, beautiful, good morning, take care, good night, and many more

Many common words are used by individuals such as, time, but, why, how, whom, office, excited. home, hey, good evening, start, exam, lose,  thank you, smile sorry, address, doctor, tired teacher, school, bored  car, auto, think, thirsty, many more.
