Several individuals go to trip with their friends or cousins to reduce stress and tension, which is beneficial for good mental health and lose track of time. They are playing several sports including badminton, cricket, and football for fitness and health. Trip is also a physical activity, which is beneficial for good mental and physical health and also lose track of time.

When I felt stressed or depressed, then I plan to trip with my cousins to reduce my stress and tension, which feels calm and relaxed mind and is beneficial for good mental health and also lose track of time. I play several sports including badminton, football, hide and seek, and cricket with my cousins, which is also beneficial for physical health. Thus, trip with friends or cousins are beneficial for mental and physical health.
