What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

I take balanced diet to maintain health and well-being. A diet consists of several food items including fruits, green vegetables. eggs, milk, meat, and many more. The diet  contains sufficient amount of all essential nutrients such as vitamins, fats, minerals, carbohydrates, and proteins, which is good for the normal growth and development of the human body is called as balanced diet. Balanced diet should also contains adequate amount of roughage materials and water. Balanced diet is good for health and well-being.

I also take balanced diet with sufficient amount of each nutrients such as proteins, fats, minerals, carbohydrates, and vitamins, and is beneficial for the normal growth and development of the human body. I take green vegetables, eggs, meat, fruits. milk, and many more to maintain health and well-being. Balanced diet is also a good option or strategy to maintain health and well-being.

Thus, I take balanced diet with sufficient amount of each nutrients, such as vitamins. minerals, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins to maintain health and well-being
