Sufficient or Good Sleep

What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

I try to good or sufficient sleep to maintain health and well-being. Insufficient or poor sleep may causes several diseases, which is not good for health. Poor sleep is also not good for mental and heart health. Insufficient sleep may causes sleepy in the morning, which may affect job in company. It also increases the risk of accident because of sleepy mood during driving.

Poor sleep may increases the risk of heart diseases, which is not good for health. It also increase weight gain to enhance the risk of high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure. which is harmful for heart health. Insufficient sleep may weaken the immune system of human body, which may increase the risk of infectious diseases. Poor sleep may also increase the risk of depression, which is also not good for mental health.

I try to sleep about 8 hours in the whole day to lowers the risk of several diseases and maintain health. So, I try to good or sufficient sleep to maintain health and well-being.

    Sleeping is definitely important, and something you want to catch up on with naps if you have a short night of sleep or suffer from insomnia as I do. Plus, as you get older, you’re going to want to stick to that 8 hour a night sleep. As people get older, and I’m talking in the 65+ area there’s a tendency to either believe or actually encounter the geriatric among sleeping more and more. This is something you might want to keep in mind as oversleeping doesn’t hurt as much when your young to middle aged, however I’ve read and seen some things that say it’s a good thing to stick to 8 hour sleeping schedules as you get older if for no other reason, to stay a little active.
