There are several self-care practices or routines that I do are given below –
- I do regular write blogs and articles for assignments and send to my clients to earn money.
- I regularly exercise in the morning to reduce weight which makes me happy.
- I meet friends and family members to reduce the stress of our life.
- I also go on trips with my friends and family members to refresh my mind and lower stress.
- I take a daily lunch with light dishes to recharge my body to work the whole day.
- I listen to music in my free time to refresh my mind.
- I also do routine checkups with my doctor for a healthy life in the future life.
- I take delicious dishes in breakfast including omlette, aaloo parathas, chola poori, and many more to become healthy and happy.
- I also chat or talk with our friends and cousins through mobile and WhatsApp to share our problems which fees relaxed and tension-free.
- I enjoy every moment of life with our friends and cousins.
- I also watch our horror and suspense serials, which makes me happy.
- I also share our difficulties via blogs with our blogger friends
