What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?

When I have no job in past several years then my anger and frustration had increased a lot. I suffered from difficult situations due to not having job, which feels stressed and anger. Anger is also harmful or not good for relationships with several friends and family members. If you are an angry individual then everyone avoided you, which is harmful for your relationships and professional life.

I tried to reduce anger and is the big improvement in our life. I tried to increase patience and reduce anger, which is beneficial for our career and better life. Anger is a very strong emotion and is harmful for our life. I also reduce anger and increase patience to save relationships with our family members, friends, colleagues, and neighbors, and is beneficial for my professional life.
