Fruits are very sweet and tasty that is also beneficial for your health. These fruits are also help in lowering weight or preventing obesity that are linked with severe diseases. Most individuals take fruits in the breakfast that provides energy for the whole day.

My top 5 favourite fruits are
1. Mango
2. Watermelon
3. Grapes
4. Banana
5. Oranges
- Mango – It is one of my favorite fruits due to its sweetness and very tasty and take especially in the summer season. Mango juice and Frooti is my favorite juice or cold drink, which is made up of mangoes and taken mainly in a very hot season.
- Watermelon – It is very sweet in taste and juicy fruit that is suitable for the hot season. I also take watermelon as a juice before lunch and is very tasty.
- Grapes – It is suitable in the summer season because it is very juicy and tasty fruit. I also take grapes as juice that is also very tasty and take mainly in the summer season.
- Banana – It is very easy to eat and sweet in taste. When I am hungry then I eat banana in the lunch during office work. I also take banana in the evening breakfast when I feel hungry.
- Oranges – It is also very juicy fruit and sweet in taste and is also suitable for a hot season. I also take as orange juice mainly in the breakfast that provides energy for the whole day.
Sometimes I also take apple, pomegranate, papaya, and guava in the evening time as breakfast. When I feel hungry in the evening then I take fruit chat that includes apple, banana, grapes, and pomegranate with our family members. I also take as fruit chat in the afternoon and evening as a light breakfast and is also beneficial for our health.
