During chasing, GT loses 7 wickets, reached the target of 147 in 19 overs, and won the match by only 3 wickets with MI due to great batting by Shubman Gill 43 (46), Jos Butler 30 (27), and Sherfane Rutherford 28 (15). Jasprit Bumrah 2/19 (4), Trent Boult 2/22 (4), and Ashwani Kumar 2/28 (4) were good bowling from the MI side.
