Reduce Weight

Describe one positive change you have made in your life.

There is one positive change in our life is to reduce weight. Earlier, I was worried about my weight gain, which affects our health. I got tired frequently in walking and looking very fat. As we know obesity mat causes high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes, which is not good for heart health.

Thus, I do regular exercise in the early morning to reduce weight, which lowers the risk of several severe diseases including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and heart disease. I also avoid to take butter, ghee, cold drinks,  and many other fat loaded dishes. I also avoid to take tea, coffee, and many more sweet or sugar loaded drinks, which is beneficial in reducing weight.

I eat green vegetables, fruits, milk, soup, and many more to maintain weight and prevent weight gain. Sometimes, I also go for morning walk as exercise, which helps in lowering weight. I also play several sports including cricket, football, and badminton to decrease and maintain weight, which lowers the risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol and heart attack or stroke.

Thus, I feels relaxed and comfortable and also looking so smart by reducing weight. I still do regular exercise in the early morning and take light food to decrease and maintain weight. So, there is one positive change is reducing weight, which feels better, relaxed, and comfortable.
