1. I watch horror and suspense serials which brings happiness in the free time, which helps in lowering stress and tension and is good for our mental health.
2. When I watch IPL cricket with our family members then it brings me happiness, which feels relaxed and comfortable.
3. When I take egg-based dishes including omlette bread, egg sandwiches, half boil eggs, and many more, which brings me happiness with great enjoyment and excitement.
4. I daily do several physical activities including exercise, morning walk, and many more, which reduces and maintain our weight and feels relaxed and comfortable.
5. When I feel stressed and tension then I listen to slow songs and music that feels relaxed and happiness.
