GT won the match by 8 wickets with RCB

In the match between Gujarat Titans (GT) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), GT won the match by 8 wickets with RCB due to great performance in batting and bowling. After this inning, GT was placed in the fourth position with 4 points as per IPL 2025.

Earlier, GT won the toss and chose to bowl first thus, RCB first batted and made a low score of 169/8 in 20 overs due to great bowling by Mohammed Siraj 3/19 (4),  Sai Kishore 2/22 (4), Arshad Khan 1/17 (2), Prasidh Krishna 1/26 (4), and Ishant Sharma 1/27 (2). Liam Livingstone 54 (40), Jitesh Sharma 33 (21), and Tim David 32 (18) were good batting from the RCB side. After this inning, RCB set a low target of 170 runs for GT to win this match.

During chasing, GT loses 2 wickets, easily reached the target of 170 runs, and won the match by 8 wickets with RCB due to great batting by Jos Butler 73* (39),  Sai Sudharsan 49 (36), and Sherfane Rutherford 30* (18). Both Bhuvnesh Kumar 1/23 (4), and Josh Hazlewood 1/43 (3.5) were good bowling from the RCB side.

Mohammed Siraj (GT), 3/19 (4), was declared as the Player of the Match due to his great performance in bowling in this match.
