Sehri is a significant practice of fasting (Roza) which provides energy and strength in the whole day. Sehri is also prevents the weakness in the whole day of fasting (Roza).

Sehri is the last meal before fasting (Roza) in the holy month of Ramzan. Muslims take light dishes and drink water before the Fajr Azaan.

I also take light dishes including milk, bread butter, omlette and fruits in the sehri time. Sehri is a very important in fasting (Roza) become it provides me energy and prevent weakness in the whole day of fasting (Roza). After Sehri, I offer Fajr Namaz in the morning.
