Ramzan is mainly based on fasting (Roza) with prayer (Namaz), worship (Ibadat) and charity (Zakat). Fasting (Roza) is also a very important practice in the sacred month of Ramzan.

Fasting (Roza) is also beneficial for your health including reducing weight, decrease blood pressure, maintain sugar levels in the blood, good for heart health, and many more.

I also offer fasting (Roza) in the whole month of Ramzan, which feels relaxed and comfortable. Firstly, I take light dishes including khajoor, milk, bread butter, milk, and many more.
