What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Every person suffering from negative feelings due to their issues and problems. These negative feelings are converted into depression that increases the risk of suicides across the world. Thus, we should reduces negative feelings by several religious activities, gatherings parties, and many more.

I also suffered from negative feelings or depression due to not getting good job in the content writing domain. Thus I decided to perform Umrah in Mecca and Medina to reduce our negative feelings or depression. In past several months, I performed Umrah in Mecca and Medina with our family members including parents.

First of all, I visited Masjid Al-Nabawi in the city of Medina and feels relaxed and comfortable. I offer Prayer (Namaz) in Masjid Al-Nabawi in the city of Medina which reduces our stress and depression and feels relaxed and real happiness. I also visited Masjid Quba, Masjid Al-Qibletayn, Ohad Pahadi, Masjid Al-Ghamama, Jannatul Al-Baqi, and many more as spiritual journey which feels inner peace and real happiness.

Later, I visited Mecca and performed Umrah, which is the best day of my life which reduces negative feelings and depression and feels relaxed, comfortable, and real happiness. I visited Masjid Al-Haram, and Khan-e-Kaba during Umrah , which was the happiest day of my life. I also visited Arafat Ground, Jannatul Maula, and many more pilgrim places in the city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

Presently, I feel better and happiness after several months of performing Umrah and is beneficial in lowering stress and depression. When I feel sad and stress then I saw photos of Umrah which feels better and happy.
