Ramzan is a very important festival for Muslims that is mainly based on fasting (Roza), worship (Ibadat), five-time prayer (Namaz), and Recite Quran. Fasting (Roza) is very beneficial for your health. Fasting (Roza) is one of the five pillars of Islam thus Muslims must perform fast (Roza) in the holy month of Ramzan.

Fasting (Roza) also increases self-control, helps in preventing bad habits including smoking, drinking alcohol, and beneficial in lowering weight which lowers the risk of severe several diseases including high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart problems, and many more.

Fasting (Roza) is also beneficial in improving immune system, better digestive system, promotes detoxification, and many more are good for your health.
