It’s a very exciting news for our country that India won the final match by 4 wickets against New Zealand due to great performance in batting and bowling. After winning the final match, India won the Champions Trophy 2025 in Dubai.

Earlier, New Zealand won the toss and chose to bat first and made a low score of 215/7 in 50 overs due to great bowling by Kuldeep Yadav 2/40 (10), Varun Chakravarthy 2/45 (10), Ravindra Jadeja 1/30 (10), and Mohammad Shami 1/74 (9). Darryl Mitchell 63 (101), Michael Bracewell 53 (40), Glenn Philips 34 (52), and Rachin Ravindra 37 (29) were good batting from the New Zealand side. After this inning, New Zealand set a low target of 252 runs in 50 overs for India to win this match.

During chasing, India successfully chased the target of 252 runs in 49 overs and won the final match by 4 wickets against New Zealand due to great batting by Rohit Sharma 76 (83), Shreyas Iyer 48 (62), Shubman Gill 31(50),  K.L.Rahul 34* (33), and  Axar Patel 29 (40). Michael Bracewell 2/28 (10), Mitchell Santner 2/46 (10), Kyle Jamieson 1/24 (5), and Rachin Ravindra 1/47 (10) were good bowling from the New Zealand side.

Rohit Sharma (IND), 76 (83), was declared as the Player of the Match due to his great performance in batting in the final match against New Zealand.
