Ramzan ka Pehla Roza Mubarak 2025

Roza (Fast) is a very important practice in the holy month of Ramzan. The Ramzan is based on fasting to avoid bad habits to celebrate the sacred month.

Fast (Roza) start from morning or before Fajr namaz to evening or after magrib namaz without any taking food and drinking water. Fasting is beneficial in lowering weight to reduce the risk of severe diseases including heart problems, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and many more.

I also fast or roza in the whole day without taking food and drinking water. Firstly, I take sehri before Fajr namaz with light dishes including bread omlette, bread butter, and a hot tea. After sehri, I perform Fajr namaz at the time of morning prayer.

I write blogs and articles or assignment for clients in several hours. After that, I perform Zohar and Asra namaz in our home. I also help our mother in purchasing items and iftaar at the evening.

I take several delicious dishes including khajoor,  sharbat, pakoras, fruit cream, Maggi, and many more items to break fast (roza). After that, I perform Magrib and Isha namaz or prayer in the evening.
